Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a high risk of malaria?

Visiting a tropical country, especially if you plan on heading to the jungle, yes, there’s always a risk for everything. But for now, you only advised to take anti-malarial tablets for precaution. Talking about mosquito borne disease, you should bring repellent that suits you, since dengue fever is more common here

Can I pet the orangutans?

While they might looked gentle, charming, and brilliant, orangutans are still a wild animals. By any chance that you get in a close contact with them, please refrain from touching them. You also are not allowed to feed them, or make loud noises.
