Departs everyday! Explore the wonders of Komodo National Park on this unforgettable 1 full day tour. Trek through Komodo Island to encounter the legendary komodo dragons, hike to Padar Island’s peak for breathtaking panoramic views, and snorkel in the vibrant waters of Pink Beach and Taka Makassar. End the day at Siaba Besar Island, where you can swim alongside sea turtles and marvel at the rich marine life.
6am pick up at your hotel in Labuan Bajo, and transfer to the marina to board your shared speedboat. Our first stop will be Padar Island, and head to the top to see the panoramic view. Then we will move to Pink Beach, where you can have a free time relaxing on the beach or do some snorkeling in the crystal-clear water. After done, we will continue to Komodo Island, where you will trek around the island to find the dragons. After lunch, we will visit Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and Siaba Island before heading back to Labuan Bajo.
Strictly no. Komodo’s are wild and dangerous (well, they’re dragons, anyway). If you wish to take a picture at certain angle, your ranger will let you know how, where, and which distance is safe for you. They run like crazy, and their saliva is lethal. Just don’t get too close to them.
Please wear a comfortable walking shoes and long trousers. Yes, we know about the heat, but this will be the best option for you to trek around Komodo Island. Also don’t forget to pack your swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and maybe a pair of flip flops.
