Pick up at Yogyakarta Airport or Train Station and start your journey. We will visit Malioboro Street to explore its vibrant atmosphere, local shops, and street food. Then make a stop at Beringharjo Market to experience traditional Javanese culture, shop for batik, and enjoy local snacks. In the afternoon, transfer to your hotel in Borobudur for check-in and relaxation.
Stay at Sarasvati Borobudur
After breakfast and check out hotel, we will visit Borobudur Temple to explore its magnificent architecture and serene surroundings. After the tour, we will drive back to Yogyakarta to Prambanan Temple, the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia, and admire its intricate carvings and towering spires. After done, check in hotel.

Transfer to Yogyakarta train station for your morning train to Surabaya. Upon arrival in Surabaya, we will Transfer to Bromo and check in hotel. Free afternoon to explore the surrounding villages.
Stay at Lava View Lodge
Departing from hotel at 2.30am with a jeep to the sunrise viewpoint and caldera tour, including Sea of Sand and Bromo Crater. Go back to hotel for breakfast and transfer to Bondowoso for overnight.

For blue flame, leave the hotel at 1am (direct check out), and drive to the starting point of the trek. After done, we will head back down and proceed to Ketapang Harbor as your drop off point, where you can continue your trip to Bali.
For Bromo, it’s more like a walk in the park. Only sandy. A lot more sandy. If you coming in on a weekend, be prepared for a great amount of crowd. We will try our best to find you a nice quiet spot for sunrise, but there’s still a chance that you’ll be in the middle of the crowds.
As for Ijen, it’s a little bit harder. There are several steep twist and turns, and during the dry season, it can be a bit dusty and slippery because of the sand gravel.
First of all you will need a pair of good walking shoes. Best if it can doubles as trekking shoes for Ijen Crater’s terrain as well.
As for clothing, Indonesia is a humid country, especially in the city. But since you will visit temples, a modest attire is required: no shorts, no sleeveless. As for the mountain, the lowest it can go during the year is somewhere around 8-9°C. And it’s always best to wear layers.
