Day 1 Surabaya/Malang – Kawah Ijen Juanda Airport/Hotel pickup. After the meet & greet with the driver and guide, we will go directly to Ijen Crater. On the way, you can enjoy East Java local snacks such as klepon and crackers that frieded with sands. And when you arrive at the right time, you will be able to enjoy the sweet and fresh mango, Probolinggo most famous fruit. Arriving at the Ijen, we will spend the night in local hotel.
Day 2 Kawah Ijen – Kalibaru Around 5 in the morning, we will go to the last post of Kawah Ijen, Paltuding, using a jeep. In a journey that takes about 30 minutes, you will pass through the green trees with fresh mountain air. Arriving at Paltuding, the journey will continue on foot as far as about 3 miles to the mouth of the crater. You will be amazed by the natural wonders of the beautiful blue giant acid crater. Having admired, take some photo and observed the activities of the sulfur miners, we will fall back into Paltuding. Total duration of the climb and to get back to the post Paltuding, takes about 4 hours, depending on your speed and physical strength. After that, we will return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Then we’ll heading to Kalibaru, known as the greenest areas in East Java with never ending paddy fields and rubber plantations, cocoa, and coffee are lined endless. Overnight in Kalibaru.
Day 3 Kalibaru – Sukamade Around 8 am after breakfast, the we’ll continue the expedition to Sukamade turtle beach. You will be invited to cross the beautiful rice fields and chocolate plantation with mountains in the background. The first stop is Rajegwesi Beach, a beach with the typical charm of the Indian Ocean: large and fine sandy wavy. You will be invited along the shore and proceed along the 1 kilometer. After a short rest and have lunch, a trip to the beach of turtle, Sukamade will continue. Rugged terrain and damaged roads will go through by using the jeep. Crossing the forest in Merubetiri National Park and if you are lucky, you will meet with the monkeys, deer, or some rare birds during the trip. Forests and mountains have passed, it is time we passed the wide and deep river. If you are interested, you can sit on the jeep roof top, and feel the sensation of adventure in the wild, while the vehicle drove across the river. After about a 5 hour drive, we will arrive at the turtle beach Sukamade. We will check in at the guest house which is just 700 meters from the beach. And if you’re interested, at about 4 pm You will be given the opportunity to release the baby turtles (tukik) on the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunset. After enjoying dinner, at about 8 pm we will go back to the beach accompanied by some beach ranger and guide. Waiting for the turtle in the silence of the night is not a boring thing, because you can enjoy a number of stars in the sky and the sound waves were ferocious. If the ranger has found sea turtles were landed to the beach to lay eggs, then we will be alert and directed to approach the turtle. Until the turtle finished laying eggs will take about 45 minutes. Meet and take pictures with the turtle perhaps will certainly make your adventure more complete. After that we will return to the guest house to take a rest.
Day 4 Sukamade – Kalibaru – Bromo After breakfast, we will continue the journey back towards Kalibaru, which will take about 4 hours. After a short rest and enjoy lunch, we will continue the journey to the National Park Tengger – Semeru, which is famous for the beauty of the crater of Mount Bromo and the sunrise at Penanjakan mountain. Trips to be taken for about 5 hours, that you can use to take a nap in your comfortable and air-conditioned coach. Upon arrival in the area Cemoro Lawang, you will check in hotel and invited to enjoy dinner, while enjoying the fresh and cold air of mount Bromo.
Day 5 Bromo – Surabaya / Malang Early morning wake up 03.30 A.M, leaving hotel to Penanjakan (2750 meter) by local transport (or 4 WD jeep) from hotel. Proceed to the View Point, the best position to see the sunrise. Go down to the sand ocean then continued by horse (Personal expense) or walk on foot across the sand ocean and climb up to Mt. Bromo. We still have 250 steps to climb until you reach the rim of the crater of Mt.Bromo (2300 meter). After watching the beautiful sunrise and spectacular view surrounding Mt. Bromo return to your hotel & have breakfast. Check out from hotel then transfer to Surabaya airport or Hotel Surabaya/Malang. End of service and see you next time!
